Registration is simple and fast.
Click on register, registration is free. Use the information you can remember. Don’t forget your password, use any of your phone number (since you can use the platform to send data or recharge card to any mobile number and any network)
Enter your; First Name, Surname, Mobile Number, Password, Sex, and State as you wish to be identified.
Just use a phone number you can remember to register because that will be your User ID.
Then click Register.
After logging in, familiarise yourself with the platform.
HOW TO BUY DATA BUNDLE (all network)
To buy Data Bundle, click on Buy Product at the left side menu bar, and then click Data Bundle.
Or click BuyDataBundle at the top menu.
It will open a dialogue box, fill the boxes appropriately;
Payment Option: (Select Wallet)
Mobile Network: (Select the network you want to buy)
Choose Data Bundle Plan: (Select the volume of the data you want to buy)
Enter Mobile Number: (Write the phone number you want to send the data to, please be sure the phone number is correct)
Amount to Pay: (the website will automatically put the amount there, the volume of data, and the network will determine the amount)
Auto-Renew: (Make sure it is ‘No’)
HOW TO BUY AIRTIME (all network)
Click ‘Click to Proceed’.
To buy AirTime (Recharge Card), click on Buy Product at the left side menu bar, and then click AirTime.
Or click BuyAirTime at the top menu.
It will open a dialogue box.
Payment Option: (Choose Wallet)
Mobile Network: (Select the network you want to buy)
AirTime Value: (Write the value of the Recharge Card you want to buy in multiples of hundreds, 100, 200, …, 1,000, 5,000)
Enter Mobile Number: (Write the phone number you want to send the recharge card to, please be sure the phone number is correct)
Amount to Pay: (the website will automatically put the amount there, the volume of data and the network will determine the amount, the amount must appear there automatically before you proceed)
Auto-Renew: (Make sure it is ‘No’)
Click ‘Click to Proceed’.
It is better to buy any product using your wallet. So, Fund your Wallet before you start buying any product.
HOW TO FUND YOUR WALLET
Click on Deposit Money at the left side menu bar, and then click ATM Card (We choose ATM because it does not attracts extra charges and it is easy.
It will open a dialogue box
Amount to Deposit: (write the amount you want to fund your account with, any amount.)
Choose how you will pay: (ATM Card…)
PERSONAL DETAILS
First Name: (Your Name)
Last Name: (Your Name)
Mobile Number: (Your phone number)
Click to Proceed (it will take you to another dialogue box)
Click Pay Now
NB: Not all ATM Cards work. I have been using my GTB card and it works fine.
Card Number: (Enter all the number in front of your card, I think it is 16 digit)
MM/YY: (VALID THRU, it is the expiry date on your ATM card)
CVV: (Usually 3 digits at the back of your ATM card)
PIN: (It is the pin code you are using to transact at the ATM Machine)
Click ‘Pay’
Immediately you complete the payment, the money will reflect in your Wallet. Then start buying.
